Some articles were reporting the movie had a perfect 100 on Rotten Tomatoes. In my personal opinion no it wasnt too scary. Others clearly dont think Veronica is as scary as some of these headlines would have you believe either. Horror movie fans are being pushed to their limit by a new Netflix original with many having to turn it off halfway through as its so scary.
